During the holiday season, especially this holiday season, there are many children that need resources and to know that people care about them. I have decided to donate several copies of my book, and to make a cash donation to St. Joseph’s Indian School in Chamberlain, South Dakota.
The current pandemic has impacted children especially hard. Many of them are unable to attend school due to high rates of infection in their communities. The Native American communities have been especially hard hit. Hospital care in many Native American communities is inadequate to meet the demands of this pandemic. Children are unable to socialize with their friends and unable to attend school.
